About Zapata County Court Docket

Zapata County court dockets and case records are divided among the District Clerk, County Clerk, the 49th Judicial District Court, and four Justice Courts. Texas also provides statewide search and filing systems. This privately run reference organizes those official paths so visitors can identify the correct portal, clerk, address, or telephone number.

Why We Built This Site

Public access in Texas begins by identifying the court and custodian. Elva Alicia Garcia, District Clerk, is the current identified custodian for 49th Judicial District Court records. The County Clerk maintains Constitutional County Court, probate, guardianship, and related county records, while each Justice Court keeps its precinct matters. iDocket is the direct local district search route, re:SearchTX provides a statewide layer, and eFileTexas handles electronic filing rather than public docket lookup. We organize those distinct channels without treating them as one database.

What You Will Find Here

  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Texas court, clerk, or agency. Its limits are important:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Outside providers power search boxes appearing on some pages. Each provider controls its service, prices, results, and privacy terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the site's operation. We neither set the charge nor decide what the provider returns.
